Our client produces building materials - cement, gypsum, lime, dry mortar, chemical construction products and other materials. The initial material for many such products is stone that is processed in stone crushing machines and grinding systems into fine raw powder.

Demanding mechanical loads and stresses all connection elements must be correspondingly reliable. For example, they must contribute to ensuring constant availability of the system through high contact force of the connections - even in the presence of harsh or corrosive atmospheric conditions and high levels of dust and dirt. For this reason, we supply terminals of the W series with screw connections that can be closed gas-tight with a screw clamp. An additional aspect is resistance to weather conditions. The machines operate partially in outside areas and are thus exposed to great fluctuations in temperature. Of course resistance to shaking and vibration are of great importance. The connection elements are exposed to great mechanical stress in the grinding system, and this stress must not have any effect on their functional reliability. We equip our products with additional retainers for this purpose to be able to ensure their safety under any load. To conclude, a good method of identifying all elements is important. For this reason, we supply marking tools and designating materials on which labels that are resistance to UV radiation can be permanently etched. In this way, each connection element has its own identification card.
