PAYMENT



We accept most forms of payment to ensure you receive your order to match your time scale please select the payment terms that suit your requirements.

Pro-forma - payment at time of order

Pre-payment is required before orders can be processed if not an account holder at Electroquip Ltd

Payments may be made in Pounds Sterling only we do ship and trade on a worldwide basis

We accept all major credit cards stocked items shipped same day, special order items will be processed same day card details authorised



Cheques and bank drafts should be made payable to Electroquip Ltd

Payments by bank transfers / cheque may also be made though this form of payment can cause some delay in the dispatch of orders as confirmation is required from the bank.  To avoid delays, please ensure cheque is generated promptly & posted 1st class, a copy of the bank transfer details should accompany the order.

All bank charges must be prepaid and the total sum paid. Bank details available upon request

Account customers:

Account Customers - We require a minimum spend of £500 a month to open an account with 30 days terms.



RETURNS

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Electroquip to ensure this,please check your item immediately upon receipt to verify that everything is correct and working.

If the item is damaged, defective or does not match the description on our website then Electroquip Ltd will issue a replacement upon receipt of the original item.

What do I do if I need to return an item?

Because we only sell NEW parts, returns will not normally be accepted. Contact us to discuss the problem.

Please DO NOT ship an item back to us without contacting a member of our sale team first.




The item must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by all original unmarked packaging and accessories.

Refunds will not be issued for incomplete items, Defaced or missing packaging or bespoke custom manufactured or specail ordered in parts


How long do I have to return the item?

You should contact us concerning the problem within 72 hours of receipt of the item. No returns will be accepted if we have not been contacted within 10 working days of buyer receipt of the item.

We must receive the item within 14 days of the of notifying us of the problem and agreement being made by a member of our team.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is because of a mistake on our part. For returns or exchanges that we pay for we authorize the sender to use our shipping account # for the return, we do not use call tags or reimburse for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable as well.

What if the item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 72 hours and a replacement will be sent. Return of the item or proof of damage may be required before shipment of any replacement.


What if the item is defective?


We stand behind our products. Please contact us right away, defective products are handled on a case by case basis. The time line for defective material is not restricted to the 10 day return policy.
