Festo Didactic - Festo Training\r\n\r\nHydraulics Control Systems

Product Description

Festo Didactic - Festo Training\r\n\r\nHydraulics Control Systems\r\n\r\nDesigned to familiarise participants with more complex hydraulic controls, the course introduces aspects of the electrical control of hydraulic systems.\r\n\r\nThe course investigates the control of multiple actuator circuits and includes sequence and pressure dependant operations. The use of accumulators is covered and some of their applications demonstratedin the practical exercises.\r\n\r\nDelegates will use switches, relays and proximity sensors to solve control problems and both circuit and motion diagrams will be used for circuit planning and fault finding.\r\n\r\n\r\nTarget Group\r\n\r\nAll personnel involved in the design, installation and maintenance of industrial hydraulic devices and control systems.\r\n\r\nPrevious knowledge\r\n\'Modern Industrial Hydraulics (H511)\'. No previous electrical knowledge is required.\r\n\r\nSyllabus\r\n\r\n\r\nReview of power pack, valve symbols, circuit construction\r\nMultiple actuator circuits\r\nAccumulator applications\r\nPressure dependant sequence\r\nSolenoid operated valves\r\nElectrical circuits, diagrams and symbols\r\nRelays\r\nPressure switch\r\nSystem documentation including motion diagram, function chart\r\nProximity sensors\r\nSystem design\r\nPractical fault finding\r\nOn completion of this course the participants will be able to:\r\n\r\n1. Recognise the components of a hydraulic control system\r\n2. Identify the switches and sensors used in the control system\r\n3.Understand the function of solenoid operated directional control valves\r\n4.Use circuit and motion diagrams to identify circuit operation and sequence\r\n5.Design and construct basic hydraulic and control circuits\r\n \r\n\r\nN.B. Course contents are only a guide and will be covered as far as time permits.\r\n\r\nCourse Duration\r\n\r\nCourses take place over three days and are available in-house or at one of our national training centres. \r\n\r\nPractical exercises are used throughout the course. \r\nCandidates will also use FluidSIM, a Festo software package for the design and simulation of fluid power circuits.\r\n\r\nPlease contact us at Electroquip to discuss your training requirements in more detail
