Sick releases the smallest safety scanner on the market

 

 

Sick has claimed to have designed the smallest laser security scanner available on the market.

The new sick scanner “S300” is appropriate for standalone or additional complex, multi sensor security configurations, in either moving or static operations.

Carlo Gavazzi RG solid state compact switches - The initial 17.5 mm solid state switches


Carlo Gavazzi has developed the very first solid-state relays and contactors to fit the 17.5 mm wide housings for DIN-rail and panel mounting. The RG series devices can replace relays and contactors that already exist, also decreasing parts numbers.

The new devices by Carlo Gavazzi have shown to increase electrical and mechanical performance in the following areas: longevity, transient voltage protection, vibration resistance and heat sink mounting.

Finder’s new relays offer output circuit protection

 

 

Finder have released their new 6.2mm relay interface modules, they have the option of replaceable fuses to protect the output circuits.

 

The new modules are available with electromechanical or solid state relays, which offer common link supply terminal positions and means the 16 way jumper links can be used.

Turck expands its sensor portfolio with encoders in different styles and types

 

Turck launches a new comprehensive range of encoders, to offer its customers the ideal complete sensor solution.  Turck now offers magnetic and optical encoders in all categories, from incremental over absolute single turn, absolute multiturn right up to analogue. Turck offers the new encoders in many different sizes. In addition to the standard model with 58mm, there are miniature models of 24mm up to 37mm, as well as models for large hollow shafts with up to 100mm. Thanks to the robust mechanical construction and the compact die cast housing, the Turck encoders are insensitive to change in temperature, jolts and vibrations. The IP rated devices - special models for offshore use are IP69K rated and cover a temperature range of -40 to +105 degrees C
