Weidmuller's New PRO-M Series Industrial Power Supplies are - High Reliability and Efficiency in a Space-saving package
Weidmuller's new series of economical, general-purpose industrial power supplies– the PRO-M Series. The PRO-M Series power supplies have been optimized for use in practically all DC power applications, with a wide range of AC/DC inputs and an extended temperature range of -25° C to +70° C. These new power supplies have a slim frame design and high power reserves for reliable start-up of loads with high inrush currents, such as motor starting uses. Superb electrical specifications and high immunity against fluctuations in input voltage or “Brown-outs” make these compact modules the best choice to power sensitive loads in applications such as tooling and molding.
Weidmuller’s new PRO-M power supplies are available in six single-phase and four three-phase models with 24 VDC output voltages, and up to 40A output currents. This voltage range enables the PRO-M Series supplies to be used in virtually any single-phase or three-phase application. “The PRO-M aids design flexibility, is a space saving solution and has platform assurance for any 24 volt control system,” said Tobin Robertson, Product Manager.
Designed for use in many applications world over, the Weidmuller PRO-M Series power supplies are UL and CSA approved. They feature a tough metal housing, made from a vibration- and shock-proof design and have an operating temperature range of -25˚C to +70˚C.
The PRO-M Series offers it's users easy installation with removable screw terminal blocks and snap-on DIN-rail mounting. For added flexibility, mounting tabs are also included for direct panel mount.
